EEG is currently looking for hard-working, responsible, ethical, task-oriented, and dependable Facilities Maintenance Technicians.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, toilets damage to walls, etc.
· Upkeep PM services to necessary appliances and equipment as needed
· Check install TV’s electrical wiring to identify issues
· Maintain grounds, including power washing and upholstery upkeep, painting, collecting trash, etc.
· Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as upkeep upholstery, high dusting club lights tv’s, trash dumpster, storage, etc.
· Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, changing filters.
· Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems
· Test the functionality of the facility’s safety systems
· Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions
· Report to Facilities or General Manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress
Requirements:
Must have an Arizona Driver's license and a good DMV recordEPA License
Minimum of 2 years experience
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and have attended or attending secondary HVAC and/or Refrigeration Program
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
Prepare any documentation (records of refrigerants, paperwork, logs, time and materials, specifications, etc.) providing support in compliance with regulations and/or conveying information on a handheld device/laptop.
