The Weather says a FREEZE is coming...That means Apartment Communities will need help with Fire Watch! What is Fire Watch? Well, I'll tell you! The fire alarms have gone out in a building, so we need you to actively walk property and make sure the building doesn't catch on fire. If it does, simply call the property’s local fire department. 12 hours shifts available day and overnight. Fire watch Job Responsibilities: • Inspecting the entire work area to look for potential fires, during, and at the end of each shift. • Hourly walking and monitoring of buildings throughout apartment community as directed by property management. • Being familiar with facilities and procedures for sounding an alarm in the event of a fire and having a means of notifying emergency services. • Keeping a clear log of hourly monitoring that will be turned into property staff and staffing coordinator at the beginning and end of each shift. • Never leaving the job site during an active shift. Qualifications include: NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED Reliable transportation Working cell phone with overnight charging capabilities to be used in case of emergency Able to work 12 hour shifts overnight Possess valid identification Willing to complete pre-employment screening Pay: $18-$20 - Please EMAIL us if you are interested in more information regarding this job.
