Gardens style apartment complex in need of a full time energetic, efficient cleaner with light maintenance skills. Responsibilities include cleaning of all common areas and all apartments for move-in. Included also is the upkeep of the common areas with minor maintenance as required. This is a 35 hour per week position with an hourly wage, benefits and medical insurance provided. Prior experience and knowledge is preferred but not necessary.
