missing dog please help

Hello my husband and I were at Walmart in airway and our 8 month old Akita German shepherd mix jumped out of the back of our car when we opened the door her leash was still on her she is wearing a pink collar and retractable leash the noise of the handle to her leash hitting the pavement when she jumped out scared her so she took off running, as she ran it kept hitting the pavement and she continued running. We tried chasing her and couldn’t keep up. Please help us find our puppy. Thank u
