ABC Construction Company, Inc. is looking to hire an experienced project estimator with proven leads records. Oversees all aspects of construction project from planning to implantation Communicate with owners, architects and subcontractors related to project tasks timetables costs budgets and change management Allocate resources for assigned projects Prepare monthly reports including cost, budgets, scheduling, safety etc. for internal and or external use Supervise onsite personal and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city, and county officials and client's Prepare contingency plans for potential risks Participate and lead construction management meetings Communicate all issues and risks timely to team members Manage detailed schedules and work plans Help to determine where time can be recovered or gained Review and mark-up construction documentation Come up with creative ideas to enhance resident experience Conduct site inspections Develop purchase justifications for materials where necessary Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Set-up building systems memo and logins Perform other related duties as assigned Experience in Raken, Excel, iPad and Microsoft products Strong leadership and negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented 3 Years minimum experience and proven projects required Drivers license** Clean driving record** Knowledge of heavy highway equipment and process required.
