Accurate Pest Management is a family owned business located in Sunrise Beach Missouri. We are one of the few Quality Pro certified pest control companies in the state of Missouri. Our team is expanding in 2022 and we are offering full time employment. Position Description The Pest Control Technician provides solutions for structural pest control issues. Each pest control service is unique and will require the technician to assess and determine an appropriate solution. The technician will also need to be able to identify pests common to Lake of the Ozarks and be able to answer questions about them. Responsibilities Understand and utilize different methods of Integrated Pest Management(IPM) to find the best solution to a customer's pest problem Management of daily routes for residential services Mixing, applying and recording pesticides in accordance with state and federal regulations Maintaining company vehicles and equipment Position Requirements Applicants must posses a high school degree or GED, pass a background check, pass a drug test and hold a valid Missouri drivers license with a clean driving record. Applicants will also be expected to meet the following criteria: Lift and carry 50lb backpack Present a professional image at all times Listen and communicate effectively with customers Have a willingness to continuously improve and learn different pest control techniques Work Hours Pay and Benefits Work hours are 8-12 hour days Monday through Friday. Start and end time is flexible and is determined by the technician. Pay is based upon experience, licensing and training.
