We are looking to add 2 great subcontractor crews to our team for exterior repainting this year! We are a growing company looking for professional crews who take pride in their work, can communicate well, respectful to customers, and can provide great results for great pay. Our team will take care of marketing, advertising, sales, and provide you consistent work...you simply deliver top quality work and get paid within 3 days of project completion. We use digital work orders, so we can send you pictures & information about each job to your phone/device, making it easier to work with us! What defines a great subcontracting crew for us? - 2-4 person crews - Professionalism, courteous and friendly to customers - Experience with exterior painting - At least 1 person on crew with ability to read, follow, and execute exterior contracts in English - Crew that want to partner for consistent work - Liability Insurance Required ($1 million policy at a minimum) - Prefer workman's compensation on employees, but not required MUST HAVE: - Truck or Van - Equipment, including ladders, brushes, pumps, power washers, etc. - Driver's license & vehicle insurance - LLC - Liability Insurance ($1 million) BONUS - Experience with wood rot repair & siding replacement - Workman's compensation insurance This is not an offer for direct employment.
