We invite you to help us create new possibilities in quality living for the seniors we serve. Great benefits available after 45 days including: medical, dental, vision, generous paid time off, retirement savings plan. Schedule is 11:30am - 8pm. The Maintenance Technician builds, installs, repairs and/or maintains machinery, equipment, physical structures, building systems and outside environment. Must possess an understanding, caring and helpful attitude. Why work for us? Post offer physical, background check, valid drivers license and check of driving record for driving company vehicles required. Chauffer's license preferred but not required.
