Project space: work-only rooms for artists (no living) You can get this space in exchange for cleaning the building! The cleaning can take between 4-6 hours per week, depending. I’m looking for a responsible and easy going person to clean the common areas and exterior of the building twice a week. It’s an old rugged industrial building and the job isn’t fussy. It just takes awhile and needs to be done! Taking your time and being consistent are the main aspects for a job well-done. I provide all materials and equipment. Read below concerning the space available. Join a co-working art community in dtla a block from the soho house, stumptown, bestia and so on. This is essentially an art makers club. You become part of our group where your success is our success. This huge creative space was a former gallery and is on the ground floor of a 100 yr old brick building on the edge of the arts district in dtla. It's a great place to be inspired and do good work. There are private rooms available, along with a shared kitchen, large bathroom and several open exhibition spaces all within a 4000sqft space. The space has ac/heat throughout, is fully wired for power, has gallery lighting, polished concrete floors and sound-dampening plaster walls. WiFi and utilities included. There is absolutely never and in no situation a possibility to live here! You are able to curate and participate in exhibitions in the shared gallery. Being part of this project space means that you can participate in exhibitions and other opportunities to share your works and products.
