We are looking to add to our team of fun, high-energy individuals who enjoy discovering, processing and selling other people’s stuff! ezDownsizing.com is an online estate sale company that specializes in maximizing the value of the contents of homes by processing the entire inventory online and permitting individuals to bid on the items (everything starts at $1.00). Once the bidding process has completed, we staff the ‘pickup’ at the residence and direct winning bidders to their treasures for removal. THE COMPANY: ezDownsizing is an Online Estate Sale Company with Certified Appraisers, Licensed Auctioneers and an Amazing Team of Estate Sale Specialists and Service Providers. We provide a one-stop solution for liquidating entire estates, downsizing for moving or retirement, business liquidations, selling prized collections, and accepting quality consignments. THE POSITION: We are looking to fill flexible Part-Time positions. Part-time positions have the potential to move to full time, if it’s a fit for both of us. Friendly individuals with outstanding people skills, who are self-motivated and work well with other will fit right in. Training is provided and no experience is necessary. Reliable transportation is required, as ability to pass a background check. We work a very flexible schedule, normally Between 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. to include weekends. If you are only available 2 or 3 days a week or want to work 5 days a week, we have a position for you! JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be EXTREMELY reliable, provide your own transportation to various work locations mainly in the Tampa Bay area; take directions well, learn how to use a digital camera or smart phone to take great pictures. You should also be able to lift or move up to 40 pounds. THE PAY: For Part-Time positions, the starting hourly rate is $13.50 for persons with no experience and will remain this amount during the training period of their first 90 days. Employees will be evaluated for pay increase. Pay for exceptional individuals with experience is negotiable. We want and need quality employees and we recognize and reward hard work.
