We currently have an opening for a full time Maintenance Technician for a 278 unit apartment community in Albany. Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with rotating on-call hours. Position requires valid and clean NYS driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be available at all times for snow removal. Qualifications: Must be able to perform preventative maintenance and monitoring of building systems. Light carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and experience snow removal.
