A place called Gymymyn in the far corner or the Galaxy. We have many laws there but pay little attention to them unless caught breaking the law directly by the Oracle; if caught, typically only receive light punishment due to our primary focus, to take any and all things we want whenever we want from anyone we please. We take from any race, species or alien with little or no remorse, without prejudice because in our society the strongest always wins. The weak, the slow, stupid or unarmed are removed quickest. That's ok because we deserve what we take and it ensures the strongest survive to reproduce. Yes we live in fear and paranoia but since there are limited weapon restrictions we can rely on that for our security as there is little chance of accountability. So even though our home planet is in peril that doesn't seem that important as our revelutions around the sun are minimal. Most continue the winner take all strategy as long as we can, the rest come in after recess when the Oracle blows the whistle.
