Handyperson needed for residential home and yard cleanout

I need some helping hands (someone with a truck) for various tasks around my house. I’m getting ready to flip and move and I need the house cleared out and yard cleaned up. I have indoor and outdoor trash to be hauled, some landscaping, remodeling, various other tasks… looking for hourly paid help for basically whatever I need them to do… Not to come across harsh BUT: Send me your rates or I will ignore your response. No “pay by the job” BS. I pay hourly for your help, that’s it. I prefer text message responses. Email is ok. Calls are not preferred but I might answer.
