Tippee is an adult papered Shi Tzu in need of a forever home with qn owner that understands the needs of such an amazing man. The current owner of Tippee, love him and want the best for him. Due to some health issues they can no longer take care of him in the way he deserves. Tippee would do well in a home of a stay at home type, retired or work at home. He needs to be groomed on a regular basis and loves being a lap dog. He is used to short walks, but could do well in a fenced in yard. There is a rehoming fee
