I need a licensed contractor who is able to build an ADU in the backyard. ADU must meet local and state building codes. Start to finish work. The building will have a 1 bed 1 bath, fully operable kitchen, and laundry hook ups. Payment for the job can be negotiable. Time to finish job can also be determined to the contractors desires. The contractor will need to create an expense report of how much the job will cost for supplies/ labor before going under contract.
