Good morning, My name is Rebecca and I am currently seeking full time employment at this time. I am a sales and marketing professional with 6 years of experience in marketing, project management, account management, and relationship development. Exceptionally experienced in project selection, planning, promoting, and execution in all my work fields. I believe that many of my skill-sets and previous and current job positions provided me with a plentiful amount of clerical and administrative experience. In my positions in retail customer service, the hospitality, food and beverage industry I have acquired many skills that will assist me in being efficient and qualifying for a multitude of different positions. I answered many phone calls all day, took detailed messages, and set appointments. It was mandatory to be using Microsoft Office(365) on a daily basis, as well as filing new records, searching for old records, and transferring information for new files every new year. With my multitude of career paths I have gained quite excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and exceptional sales skills. I have acquired great communication skills, an immense knowledge for meeting customers' wants and needs. I have a great up-beat, motivated and driven personality, which makes me great in high volume and fast paced work places. I have a very keen sense of personality which gives me an advantage at being able to provide each client/customer with a uniquely wonderful experience! As I have worn many hats, my preferred occupation is in customer service. I am a very passionate, hard working young woman, a nimble apprentice at all times, very trustworthy and loyal. I am currently looking to move forward from UPS at this point in time due to the sudden company downturn, and the recent restructuring(new contract given with 48 hr notice).
