Small dog mixed needs rehoming

Looking to place small dog (1year old) in new home. She is a mix, main breeds are chihuahua and plot hound. She’s pretty much fully house trained but has accidents. She is spayed and up to date with shots. No chip. She requires a lot of attention and will need to be in a home where she is constantly with someone. She is good with kids and other dogs. As a puppy she was raised with a cat but I’m not sure how she will do with being around a cats at this time.
