We are hiring for several positions: **Valid driver’s license and clean DMV report are required** Construction Manager – responsibilities include but are not limited to oversight of pool construction team, project management, hands-on job site safety and an ability to adapt to changing conditions. Prior construction management experience is required. Previous experience working in the pool industry is a plus! Assistant Service Manager – responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the Service Manager in leading the service department team, scheduling technicians, coaching technicians and providing on-the-job training, performing on-site cleaning and trouble-shooting services, ordering and inventorying chemicals, and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Previous pool technician experience is required. Prior supervisory experience is required. 1-3 years of prior management in a dynamic setting is preferred. Maintenance & Service Technicians – Seasonal positions run April through November. Prior experience with pool service and maintenance is preferred, though we also offer on-the-job training. Responsibilities include performing regular pool cleaning services, pool opening and closing services, trouble-shooting mechanical issues, pool chemistry balancing and other job duties as assigned. Flexibility and a can-do attitude are a must! We are seeking top candidates with a strong work ethic.
