We are currently seeking exceptional full-time Skilled Trades worker with a strong background in the construction industry to join our growing team. This individual must be ambitious willingly to learn and work hard with attention to detail and possess a competent/cooperative demeanor as a representative of the Company. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL SET Candidates should have a successful track record as a Multi-Skilled Tradesman with 5+ years of working knowledge of at least 2 areas of the following skills/trades: *Cabinet installation *Minor electrical and plumbing *Strong carpentry background in general carpentry - Rough and Finish *Bathroom upgrades / remodel *Kitchen refresh / remodel *Painting interior and exterior *Drywall repair / patching / caulking *Flooring installation REQUIREMENTS -5+ years of experience as a Multi-Skilled Tradesman -Must own general tools of the trade. The more prepared and tooled up the greater asset you can be to our team. -Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, and able to work valley wide -Strong communication skills, and problem solving -Punctual, have a clean appearance, friendly attitude, and ready to work -Knowledge of basic shop mathematics to calculate metric conversions and materials needed for jobs. -Must be legal to work in the United States -Able to work independently with little to no supervision ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Operate various hand and power tools to complete renovation and restoration projects. -Complete tasks as per schedule, meeting strict deadlines and standards -Displays good manners and attitude toward the property owner, occupants of the property, and co-workers.
