Growing Real Estate and Construction company is in need of hourly and 1099 sub contractors. Our current vendors are not able to keep up with our current volume and we are hoping to onboard both licensed and unlicensed trades, in the following areas; Electricians, plumbers and HVAC.In addition to bringing in some labor for the following: Fixture Installations, Painting, Demo/Clean out, landscaping, Ceramic Installers, Granite Installers, Cabinet Installers, Roofing, siding, window Installers, Service Call work, etc. We require that all 1099 employees have a w9 on file, be insured and sign a copy of work order for every job assigned. Each work order will include property details/access information, pricing and information necessary to use our accounts to purchase materials, etc. I am not looking to hire someone for one job. I need repeat vendors, who can communicate effectively, be on time, be professional when on our jobsites, and most importantly, not take on more work they can handle. We need communication at all times. We pay within 10 days of invoicing, this give our project managers a chance to check on work, process the request and have a check issued, or deposit invoice into your checking account.
