Driver and Experienced Landscaper Wanted-SIGN ON BONUS (see below) Small landscape design/build/gardening company looking for experienced truck and trailer operator and reliable landscape installer to work during the week. We are a customer service oriented company the strives to provide the best service for each of our customers. Must have a clean driving record and 1+ accident free years experience operating a truck and trailer for another company. WE PROVIDE: - SIGN ON BONUS: $50 after first five days of work with perfect attendance, $100 after 4 weeks of work with perfect attendance. - Option for retirement savings (IRA) matched by company up to a percentage after first 3 months of employment - 5 days PTO after 1 year with company, 10 days PTO after 2 years with company - A safe and friendly work environment with passionate employees - Leadership that cares about you and your creativity - The expectation that our customers keep us busy and we must provide them with the best experience we can - An atmosphere that promotes independence and critical thinking Duties include, but are not limited to: -Safely operating truck and trailer to and from jobsites and material pick up -Installation of landscapes according to design or scope of work in an efficient manor -Comfortable working alone or with crew members -Addressing on site issues that may arise -Site prep of landscapes, installation of landscapes, mulching, etc. -Gardening (trimming, pruning, property clean up, NO MOWING) A qualified candidate should possess the following: -A natural drive to offer the best experience for each of our customers -Reliable transportation to Belleair, FL shop near Ponce de Leon and Clearwater/Largo Rd. -A valid Florida DL with clean motor vehicle report -Experience in the landscape industry -Ability to work outside in Florida weather (includes sun and rain) -Able to lift heavy materials on a daily basis -Bank account for direct deposit (no paper checks or cash pay) Valid candidates may be subject to: -Background check -MVR (Motor vehicle report) -Drug testing This is not a lawn maintenance company
