We are HIRING energetic people looking for growth opportunities: We are looking for 2-3 Maintenance persons for rental properties around Brandon. Experience in plumbing, minor electrical, and general repairs is preferred, but not required if the applicant is ambitious and willing to learn. This is a FULL TIME permanent M-F 8-4:30 position. We promote from within to management positions for those showing the drive and desire to do so. Must be punctual and reliable. Starting pay ranges from $14-16 per hour to start, with 30 day evaluation and raise. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. $400 SIGN ON BONUS
