The Clinic will be held at: Village Veterinary Hospital 230 Genesee Street Canastota, NY 13032 Clinic Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. For Eye Screenings: Complete the attached form and mail it with your check. No reservations will be accepted without your payment. Unless you are notified otherwise, the time you list will be your scheduled time. If you want to CERF your dog you must have your AKC registration information at the time of your appointment. Dr. Kern, from Cornell University, will be doing the CERF testing. PLEASE ARRIVE 15-MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME SO EYE DROPS CAN BE ADMINISTERED MASKS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY.
