Trying to find a home- Terrier mix

I found 4 dogs running loose in my apartment complex and was only able to catch this one male young dog. I cant keep him because it costs $400 for pet fees and deposits, plus $25 a month to keep him. He is a very loving young dog. I have been slowly teaching him things such as sit, off, up and housebreaking. We bought him a bed, dog food, collar, treats and a toy. He only weighs 12 lbs. He loves to snuggle and be petted all the time. He gets along with cats and other dogs. We even got him flea meds. We have had him for a week and the management has found out so they gave us 2 days to find a home or we will be fine. Please someone rescue this guy and give him a home. I tried to give him to the ASPCA but they want to charge me $50 and it will take them like 24-48 hrs to possibly get him. He looks to have mostly rat terrier in him. I did take him to a vet to see if he was microchipped and there is none.
