Add stair runner

I need someone to add a runner to the stairs in the picture (both the vertical and horizontal part of the stairs). Please add nail strips to the base of each stair and use a nail/staple gun just under the nose of each step. I will provide the trimmer, please bring your own equipment and other materials.
