Riverside Country Club is looking for an individual to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated and trustworthy. Riverside Country Club in Provo, UT is looking for a part-time facilities technician to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable. This position exists to assist Riverside Country Club’s Facilities Manager. Would work directly with the Facilities Manager to maintain Riverside Country Club’s facilities and property.Skills:Basic knowledge and ability to perform simple repairs of: plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.Knowledge and ability to care for and clean various types of flooring.Capable of basic drywall repair and painting.Able to read blueprints.Basic understanding of audio-visual systems and scenarios. Physical capability to lift and carry loads of up to 50 pounds. Must be willing to earn a certified pool operator certificate to assist with the pool and pool facilities.Organizational skills to help complete goals and projectsWorking conditions:Willing to do dirty jobs in and around facility. Snow removalAble to crawl thru tight spots in between floors (rare).Will work both indoors and outdoors in favorable and unfavorable conditions. Must be flexible in time and schedule.Available to be on call during nights and weekends.Able and willing to help other departments achieve their goals. General hours of work evening Approximately 5pm- 8pm (semi-flexible), plus summertime weekend pool checks coordinated with current FM. Many things will be taught at Riverside Country Club and applicant must be willing to learn and adapt to better assist and serve Riverside Country Club.Must be able to drive to work.
