Micro Mech is a machine-shop manufacturing graphite parts mainly used in the semiconductor industry which has seen and continues to see extraordinary growth. We are a subsidiary company to Ibiden Co., Ltd headquartered in Japan. We are located on Route One in Ipswich, MA and are in need of a reliable full-time technician/general-labor team member for our fast-paced graphite post-processing area, to assist in all aspects of the department. RESPONSIBILITIES • Handling of Graphite components • Performing processes on graphite • Preparing formulations and viscosity measurements • Cleaning of the components • Loading and unloading the Parts into various vats and ovens REQUIREMENTS • Must be reliable and punctual • Currently a face mask covering your nose and mouth is required inside our facility at all times due to COVID • Ability to adhere to strict safety requirements • Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS • Proper handling of various solvents / Chemicals or prior electroplating experience or experience in an industrial Laboratory setting is a plus, however, we are willing to train the right candidate POSITION HOURS • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (overtime as needed) BENEFITS AVAILABLE for FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES • Paid sick time • Accrued vacation time • Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance • 401K after 3 months of employment HOURLY RATE • $17-18/hour
