• Present a clean and professional image (personal actions, hygiene and appearance) • Properly prepare all surfaces for painting • Paint building interiors and exteriors • Work clean and tidy (keeping dust, paint chips and paint off floors, plants, furnishings, etc.) • Complete all projects as assigned by the supervisor • Follow the company’s painting rules and apply your skill and expertise to the best of your ability • Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States • Clean DMV record • Be able to pass a Criminal Background Check • Ability to work both alone and as a team • Weekend work is required on occasion • Must be reliable, punctual and be able to handle responsibility • Excellent communication skills • Your own basic tools for your profession are required and must have own transportation • Must work well with others, have a professional attitude, presentable appearance • Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
