Kelly Services is helping a large coffee manufacturer in Little Chute hire Production Team Members! These positions are temp-to-hire, full-time (or part-time) and do not require experience. Immediate starts are available! Job Overview: The Production Team Member role entails assisting in supporting a production line, packaging, and/or ingredient blending equipment. The Production Team Member is responsible for assisting the Machine Operator and/or Utility Team Member in ensuring efficient and safe machine operation, producing high quality product and finish product packaging, inspecting equipment and possibly performing preventative maintenance; completing paperwork and data entry; assisting in packaging area and cross-training on other machine operation duties; keeping production area clean and orderly, and assisting in providing training or direction to other production line employees. The Production Team Member may also act as a Utility Team Member from time to time. Responsibilities: Keep production area clean and orderly Packaging product Palletizing finished goods Visually inspect product and packaging Move material and supplies to and from production area Ensure accurate counts Add materials to manufacturing equipment Sorting and performing rework Responsible for following food safety/quality/regulatory policies and procedures, executing responsibilities as identified in standard operating procedures, and reporting food safety/quality/regulatory concerns to the Production or Quality Manager Qualifications: Food processing or packaging experience preferred Understanding of food safety, workplace safety, and food quality standards is strongly preferred Self-directed and personally motivated Attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment while focusing on meeting or exceeding customer expectations Able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50lbs Able stand for up to 12 hours per shift Able to communicate and work well with others Able to contribute to a positive work environment by being a team player Good attendance and performance track record Strong general mechanical abilities and troubleshooting skills Able to effectively time manage and prioritize job functions Basic computer skills Requirements: Steel toed boots or shoes (the client has some used ones onsite) High school diploma or equivalent Face masks (COVID-19 safety) Hours/Shifts & Pay: 1st Shift ($16.05/hr) 6am-2pm, M-F 2nd Shift ($16.30/hr) 2pm-10pm, M-F 3rd Shift ($16.55/hr) 10pm-6am, M-F Part-time options are available, just ask!
