SIZE...... 30.5" wide x 37" long and is 38" tall, ground to roof peak Door opening is 15" wide x 21" tall This is for the larger breeds of dogs. Has a metal framework and came as a kit that you assemble yourself. None of the wood has rotted through but it will need a good coat of paint or stain or preservative of some kind to prevent it from rotting. You can tell from the pictures how the 2 piece removable floor is in much better shape because it wasn't exposed to the elements, whereas the roof (especially one side) is pretty bad from getting tree leaves residue. It could also use some flexible covering over the doorway to keep out the wind.
