Job Summary: The responsibility of the Warehouse Clerk- Material Handler is to maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording the location of the inventory and locating materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders following SOP, GMP and other company policies and procedures. Essential Functions: • BOMS (Bill of Materials): o Receive BOM paperwork from production supervisor of production manager. o Pull materials as listed and mark paperwork. o Double check quantities and lots (if there are discrepancies, refer to inventory manager) o Bin Transfer all materials from warehouse to production • Returns: o Receive returned materials and paperwork from the return cart. o Double check quantities and lots (If there are discrepancies, refer to production supervisor) o Bin transfer all materials from production to warehouse. • Receiving Bulk Materials: o Check for any bulk material coming out of production. o Fill out required information under Received in Warehouse. (If there are discrepancies, refer to production supervisor) o Wrap and tag pallet, and place in proper storage conditions. • Misc. Responsibilities: o Restock finished product for shipping. o Drop pallets ready for QC release. o Cycle-count any finished product, raw material or packaging material for which inventory is showing a discrepancy. o Silo transfer any seed in the receiving silo in Warehouse 1. o Maintain Warehouse 2 security (labels not sitting out, bay door closed, cabinets locked) o Prepare Luchi finished product freight orders (Refer to inventory manager) o Charge forklifts and fill out required information in charging log. o Maintain cleanliness in Warehouse 2 (sweep, dust, cardboard, trash) Minimum Qualifications: Must be forklift certified and/or certifiable. Work Environment: May require working occasional overtime-flexibility of schedule as needed with short notice. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, reach overhead, bend, and stoop throughout the workday. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds.
