Cleaner needed for apartment buildings compensation: $12/hr employment type: part-time Looking to hire someone to help with cleaning jobs 2 days a week in the Allison Park area. Cleaning consists of, but is not limited to, dusting, sanitizing, and vacuuming Hours are 9-4. Mondays for sure. Tuesday OR Wednesday would be the 2nd day I am also interested in sub-contracting cleaning work if you have your own cleaning business and insurance! Must have commercial cleaning experience and provide resume showing experience AND provide references Apartment building cleanings (hallways and stairs). There are 22 Apartment buildings in a neighborhood that get a general cleaning once a week...I am looking to have someone join me in doing that every week, but also someone that can handle them on their own as my schedule gets very busy once spring starts! Must be able to quickly get up and down stairs (buildings are 3 floors each); and be able to carry things like a vacuum and bag of cleaning product. 1-2 days a week to start. Mondays are definite, as buildings must be started on Mondays $13/hr cash and can make more with proven consistency! For this position, I am looking for someone that can accept cash, or a check made out to cash......instead of a payroll check, but its more money in Your pocket!
