Mechanic for major engine work on 1999 Ford Windstar

As the title states, I am looking for someone who will do major engine work, or even an engine swap, on the minivan listed, 3.8L engine. Mine runs OK now but has clicking that sounds like a valve? going. My guess is that I am on borrowed time and it could go any day. This is going to be major engine work so it may not be worth it given the value of the vehicle but thought I would check and see if anyone could do it for less than the value of the vehicle. I would like to have this fixed asap or at least have a known place to tow it when it seizes if I can find someone who can do it for a reasonable price.
