The Sales Support Specialist successfully guides elders and their care partners through the multi-faceted PACE enrollment process from establishing eligibility for the program through enrollment. The Sales Support Specialist works closely with the sales and marketing team to align daily activities and practices to effectively meet PACE enrollment goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging salesperson! Essential Functions: Creates and maintains a positive impression with potential PACE enrollees. Communicates effectively with potential enrollees regarding their progress though the enrollment process while effectively overcoming objections to completing enrollment.Develops and maintains a team approach between sales/marketing team members to increase enrollment success. Tracks and updates customer sales information and status in CRM system. Timely and accurately respond to customers PACE questions and concerns including coordinating meetings with clinical departments to insure PACE enrollment. Completes home visits, on-site tours, enrollment signings and complete the sales process in all applicable systems to insure smooth onboarding to PACE. Assists with Marketing Activities as needed Required and/or Preferred Education/Experience/Skills: Associate's degree or Bachelor's or applicable (2-4 years) of professional healthcare experience. Experience with Medicaid and Medicare Healthcare products. Ability to persuasively communicate with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills to reduce enrollment time frame and increase sales conversion rates.Customer service experience/skills. Strong ability to learn and utilize software programs to track sales process and PACE onboarding especially with CRM systems Strong teamwork and verbal and written communication skills.
