Join us for a guided yoga session and enjoy a complimentary beverage after class! Class will take place amongst thousands on twinkling stems Join us in the garden for a guided yoga session with Andrea Mihalik and enjoy a complimentary beverage after class. Yoga will be set amongst immersive light exhibition, Forest and Field of Light by Bruce Munro in our beautiful botanical garden. After a meditative class of Vinyasa body movement with Andrea alongside thousands of twinkling stems, you will be transported to a place of serenity. About the Instructor: Observe and connect. Breathe and flow. Join Andrea’s class and discover an intentional flow that allows energy to move throughout the body as she focuses on each student, guiding him or her with a gentle voice. Whenever you are attending yoga flow or restore class you will experience grounding opening meditation, deep breaths as you invite air into the body and sound bath with her crystal sound bowls, koshi wind chimes and steel drum. Each class will leave you inspired and more in tune with your body and connected to your heart center. Admission to Bruce Munro: Forest and Field of Light is included in tickets.
