Ever wondered how to make the perfect French macaron? Learn all the tricks from Chef Brittany so you can make them for your Valentine! Menu: Vanilla Macarons with Strawberry Jam & Champagne Buttercream Heart Shaped Macarons with Chocolate Ganache Filling *Food will be prepared and then the class will enjoy a generous tasting. Participants are welcome to bring beer or wine to enjoy during class. Our classes are a combination of both hands-on and demo-style learning. Because we are working in a group we assure you that your instructor will be masked while handling food and ask that students wear a mask when they are not tasting.
