Wonderful energetic experience! Led by a Reiki Practitioner & 200 Hr YT. Valentine’s themed refreshments will be served. I want you all to feel all the love this year so I’m hosting a love themed yoga & guided meditation experience. The playlist is fire & the energy is everything! We will begin with an affirmation exercise, followed by yoga and a guided meditation with sound bath. We will close the event with refreshments. I know that the little ones can be our biggest barrier to taking time for self and that’s why I have worked out childcare for this event! Simply text 216-367-9092 to register the child/children.
