Join us for a night of dancing, dining, drinking, and delightful interactions at our 2022 MedProm, hosted by OSUCOM Student Council Professional DJ (song requests available) and dance floorwide selection of hors d'oeuvre open bar included with ticket purchasekaraoke, croquet, and more!COVID-19 notes: Event will only be cancelled in presence of a University or State/Federal Shutdown. If this occurs prior to 1/31, refunds will be offered. If it does not occur before this date, the event will proceed as planned. No refunds will be given in the scenario of a later shutdown and cancellation due to financial obligations to the venue. If you no longer wish to attend for personal reasons after purchasing a ticket, please communicate with fellow students who may wish to purchase tickets but did not, and then notify James Oosten of the change via email ([email protected]) or GroupMe. Vaccination policy will reflect that of the College of Medicine. As of January 2022, vaccinations (but not boosters) are required for all attendees unless medically or religiously exempt. Personal exemptions are not accepted. Masks (not including bandanas, neck gaiters, or thin fabrics) must be worn when in the venue, including when obtaining food and/or drink. Unvaccinated persons are required to wear surgical masks or N95s if available. We kindly ask that you all closely observe University, state, and federal regulations regarding masking, social distancing, and quarantining in the 2 weeks leading up to the event.
