4 course made from scratch Italian food perfectly paired with decadent wines
The wine dinner this month features classic romantic favorites, like strawberries, filet, and crab to celebrate the month of love! To start, we have a grilled pesto shrimp paired with Longevity Chardonnay, a pairing that tastes so well together it has to have been made by Cupid himself. The salad features a fresh made crab salad with pops of citrus and wonderful herbs, made complete with Pillow Talk Pinot Grigio. The main course features a perfectly grilled filet with our Paolo goat cheese spread. The Michael David Inkblot Cabernet Franc compliments every aspect of this dish, and will make you want to waltz your way around the dining room. Finally, for dessert, we are featuring a strawberry shortcake that has been elevated with elements of balsamic and basil, paired perfectly with Tribute Pinot Noir.
