One Step Forward Nutrition will be hosting a 1 Mile Heart Walk in honor of my parent Don and Joyce Rogers. One Step Forward Nutrition will be hosting a 1 Mile Heart Walk in honor of my parent Don and Joyce Rogers. We will have ways to donate to AHA on sight or you are welcome to donate at our group page. For every walker we will donate a dollar to the AHA and we will also be selling a Tea of the Day that day all purchases of the tea will go to the AHA also.
