Come learn to bake glazed rye shortbreads with Emma from Pie & Scone! Each student will be preparing two shortbread doughs, two glazes, and salty toffee for topping. Everyone will go home with a box of glazed rye shortbreads two ways: dark chocolate toffee and raspberry.
No special equipment is needed for this class! Feel free to bring your own aprons or use the ones provided.
