Local property management company is seeking a rockstar maintenance technician to add to our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently. Experience in all phases of home repair is a must. Duties will include completing work orders, preparing homes for rent, and completing routine property inspections. Skills needed include, but aren’t limited to: Light plumbing Light electrical Carpentry Painting Candidates must have their own vehicle and tools. This position will start out as part time but should quickly grow into a full time opportunity.
