Lead with JOY – Deb McGregor, Neurotransformational Coach & nationally syndicated radio host, shares how to move out of trauma, grief, pain, or stress and into JOY!Embody Joy – Dr. Peter Minke, national & international wellness trainer, discusses his 3-Part Wellness Strategy applied to switching your body out of stress mode and into JOY mode!Relax into Joy – Amy Minke, massage therapist and wellness trainer, demonstrates simple selfcare techniques (for your vagus nerve and cranial nerves) to get out of “fight or flight” and into “rest and digest.”
