Puget Sound Equipment Sales is hiring a 2nd Mechanic to work on a variety of light construction equipment including pumps, generators, power equipment and air tools. We do prefer experienced mechanics, but will consider candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a great work ethic. Job Description- Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Occasional Overtime if wanted Duties- Preventive Maintenance on Company Trucks Preventive Maintenance on Rental Equipment (fluids/filters/belts) Trouble Shooting gas/diesel engine failure (will provide training if needed) Rebuild Submersible Pumps (will provide training) Rebuild Centrifugal Trash Pumps (will provide training) Rebuild Air Tools (will provide training) Go on Service Calls in Company Provided Service Truck **Ideal Candidate will have** 2+ years of related experience working on construction equipment Experience Towing Trailers Experience using a forklift Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record Must be able to follow directions Strong attention to detail Honest, Reliable,Trustworthy Self starter with strong work ethic Please send a resume if interested in applying for this position.
