Roots to Shoots is a small family run residential/light commercial landscaping company specializing in landscape maintenance and installation. Be prepared to work on a variety of projects including landscape maintenance, garden installs, sod install, hardscaping, fence building, land clearing, pressure washing, orchard pruning, gutter clearing...etc. Most job sites are located in Arlington, Smokey Point, Marysville, and Stanwood. We are currently hiring for two full time positions; Crew Lead and Crew Mate. We work four ten hour days with the potential for overtime IF DESIRED. Crew Mate: $18-$22 DOE Starting wage (willing to train the right person) Basic Qualifications: Familiarity with hand tools and light machinery (mowers, weed whackers, power saws, pressure washers, etc.) Ability to physically work outdoors year round Attention to detail and take pride in good results Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance on the jobsite Good communication and ability to work as a team Crew Lead $25-$30 DOE Starting Wage Must have all skills required for Crew Mate position plus the following: Confident driving truck and trailer Responsible for safe handling and proper use of equipment Ability to lead team with good communication and efficiency Willing to talk/listen to clients and communicate costumer needs Experience with broader range of tools/equipment (thatchers, aerators, mini skid steers, jackhammers, etc.) Willingness to keep "in the field" records and notes Please send resumes to [email protected]
