Walking Tour of BHM Banners at Town Buildings Bundle up for a 2-mile walk to see four of the eight banners created for Black History Month, and learn a bit about the people being celebrated. On this tour you will learn about Lucy Foster at the School Administration building, Charlotte Forten at the Library, Sarah Parker Remond at Town Hall, and Zipporah Potter Atkins at the Senior Center. At the end of the tour we will walk back to our cars. If you are not able to walk the route, call the Senior Center (978-688-9560) to reserve a seat on their shuttle. Meet your tour guides at the North Andover School Admin Building at 566 Main Street. Park across the street at the Kittridge Elementary School, 601 Main Street, North Andover. Masks are required for indoor portions of the tour. The walk will be on town sidewalks which may be impacted by winter weather, so wear sturdy winter walking shoes.
