Bookery is proud to host a Spring Self-Care Workshop Series from Nor'Eastern Herb Company! Our 1st class will teach you about mindfulness Are you interested in starting a mindfulness practice but not sure where to start? In the Exploring Mindfulness workshop we will walk through the mystery of mindfulness and learn ways to integrate mindfulness practices into your every day. Over 2 mindful hours we will cover: An overview of what is mindfulness The basics of mindfulness Mindfulness practices and exercises Integrating mindfulness into your every day Using mindfulness for self-care There is so much to share so please arrive on time with an open heart and ready to dig in! Exploring Mindfulness is perfect for beginners or those newly developing a mindfulness practice. Cost: $35 per person, all materials included. Location: Bookery, 844 Elm Street, Manchester NH Notes: Participants should bring a notebook and pen to take notes. Handouts will be supplied.
