I have a long list of skills to trade for a room in a house or basement apartment. I am a non-smoker and non drinker - drug free health minded person who lives a clean and simple life. I am looking for a clean, smoke free - drug free living environment. I have no allergies and I love pets. I especially love cats and I get along well with them. I currently live in a basement apartment where I help with snow removal, yard work, car repair, cooking, grocery shopping, house repair etc. I do this for an elderly woman who has a large duplex. It's not ideal because she's a hoarder. It's dysfunctional enough that it's time for me to find something more functional. I'm not too picky but I do prefer a fairly clean and orderly house instead of a messy unkempt household. I do have a later model vehicle and clean driving record. If you have a need for someone to help out with repairs and upkeep with your house and need a dependable person, I am available. I prefer to live within Hennepin county for the time being.
