Property management company is seeking a hard-working, energetic, Maintenance Technician with an attention for detail to add to our Milwaukee maintenance team. The right individual will be, reliable, able to work with limited supervision and in a team environment. We offer a great working environment with opportunity for advancement within the company. Candidates MUST be 21 years of age, possess basic knowledge of maintenance related tasks involving: electrical, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, boilers, snow removal. Saturday availability preferred.
