Our Warehouse team keeps the wheels of Saz's Catering in motion, and we're looking for a 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead them. Every day is different in our dynamic environment, but the list below provides some general duties and expectations. Ensure maintenance, upkeep and cleanliness of all SHG facilities, inside and outside Ensure setup and teardown of all necessary event-related equipment at SHG exclusive properties Operate at the direction of Operations Director to complete a variety of tasks related to maintenance and upkeep of vehicles, property and equipment including exclusive venues Assist in training, management and discipline of direct reports Develop policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance in warehouse operation Coordinate and facilitate set up of large scale events and festivals Participate in weekly operations meetings in order to learn and share new ideas within the company The Warehouse Supervisors will be responsible for overseeing these activities and keeping projects on track. *Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure the facility is organized, clean and maintained. *Execute and oversee picking, packing and loading of equipment for scheduled events in accordance with the pick lists *Ensure readiness of all equipment needed for off-site events, including cooking and food storage equipment, etc. *Transport product (food, equipment, etc.) to SHG properties on demand in a timely and efficient manner *Oversee event setup at SHG exclusive venues *Supervise daily maintenance and upkeep of SHG properties and Catering HQ building and grounds *Instruct and direct employees in execution of and compliance with shift checklists *Check shift checklists for completion and compliance *Safe storage of LP gas *Ensure all fleet vehicles are properly functioning, fueled and ready to be deployed on events *Accept, allocate and reconcile incoming beverage deliveries and equipment rentals (including linens and uniforms, equipment, etc.) *Work with Operations Director and BBQ division to coordinate pickup, storage, pulling and transportation of BBQ sauce *Execute and manage training of warehouse team Saz's Catering Inc. offers competitive pay of no less than $19/hour for our Warehouse Supervisor, and a $2/hour premium is available for 2nd shift. This full time role will generally be scheduled 4pm-midnight with a preference for Thursday-Monday schedule. Plus, after 90 days on our team, you'll get a $500 bonus! To be successful on our team in this role, you'll need 18-24 months supervisory experience and have worked in a warehouse environment before.
